*If your insurance provider is a subsidiary or regional partner of the companies listed above, you may still be covered. Please contact our office to verify.
Out-of-Network & Self-Pay
Superbills Available
If we are not in-network with your specific insurance plan, you can still receive care with us as an Out-of-Network or Self-Pay patient. Upon request, we will provide you with a detailed "Superbill" after your session.
You can submit this Superbill directly to your insurance company. Many insurance providers will reimburse you directly for a significant portion of out-of-network psychiatric services.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
In most cases, no referral is necessary to book an initial psychiatric evaluation or therapy session with us. However, certain HMO insurance plans may require a referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) for the visit to be covered. We recommend checking with your specific plan.
When is payment due?
Payment for co-pays, deductibles, or self-pay rates is due in full at the time of your scheduled appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
How will I know what my co-pay is?
Once you book an appointment, our administrative team will verify your clinical benefits with your insurance provider. We aim to inform you of your exact co-pay or deductible responsibility prior to your evaluation so there are no surprises.
