Telehealth Psychiatry Across Florida
See a board-certified psychiatric provider by secure video — from home, or anywhere you are in Florida. The same depth of care as an in-person visit, with no commute and no waiting room.
Getting to an office isn't always realistic when you're managing work, school, or family. Telehealth removes that barrier: you meet directly with Raissa over a secure video connection, and you always work with the same provider who knows your story — never a rotating cast of clinicians.

What We Treat by Video
Most of the conditions we care for in person can be evaluated and managed just as effectively through telehealth:
Is Telehealth Right for You?
Telehealth is a good fit for most people seeking a psychiatric evaluation, therapy, or ongoing medication management. It is private, convenient, and covered by insurance the same way an in-office visit is.
Prefer to be seen in person, or need to be? We're here for that too. Our office is at 5104 N Orange Blossom Trail, Unit 117 in Orlando, and we'll always let you know if any part of your care is better handled face to face.
Telehealth Questions, Answered
Do you accept insurance for telehealth visits?
Yes. Telehealth visits are covered the same as in-person visits by the plans we accept — Aetna, Cigna, Florida Blue, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Quest, UHC, Medicare. We verify your benefits before your first appointment so you know your costs up front.
Where in Florida can I be seen?
Anywhere in the state. As long as you are physically located in Florida at the time of your appointment, you can be seen by secure video — from Miami to Jacksonville to the Panhandle.
What can be handled over telehealth?
Most of what we do in person — psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and ongoing medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia and more — works well by video.
How do prescriptions work?
Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Certain medications may require an initial in-person visit under state and federal rules; if that applies to you, we will arrange a visit at our Orlando office.
What do I need for a visit?
A private, quiet space and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and an internet connection. We send you a secure link — there is nothing to download.
Do you see teenagers?
Yes. We see patients ages 12 and up. For minors, a parent or guardian is involved in care.
